Returns and Refunds
We accept returns if the seals you receive do not fit your shower enclosure or bath screen. However, please note:
- Accurate Dimensions Provided: All product dimensions are displayed clearly on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify these dimensions before placing an order.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
- Condition of Returns: Returned seals must be in their original, re-sellable condition. If the item is damaged or not in a suitable condition for resale, we will be unable to issue a refund, and the product will not be returned to you.
If you have contacted us for assistance in selecting the correct seal, please understand that our recommendations are based on the information provided by you. In cases where the seal does not fit as expected, the return postage cost remains the responsibility of the customer.
Reporting Damages
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in us being unable to process your claim. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
